    S: IP jello if needed (I make a few packets at a time and keep them in the fridge. I hope they don't loose their protein power if I don't eat one right away...)

    L: Syntrax Chocolate Truffle shake with 1c. spinach, romaine salad with mustard, EVOO, ACV
    S: Syntrax Chocolate Truffle shake with 1c. spinach
    D: 4 egg scramble with 1c. asparagus and 1c. bok choy, romaine salad with EVOO and ACV

    Gym: 60 min 6am jump rope class

    B - omelet (1 whole egg, 2 whites = IP packet); 1/4 cup sautéed zucchini/mushrooms
    L - Veggie Chili (not)Mac... 3/4 cup zucchini, pepper, onions (sweated not Carmelized). Cooked protiDiet chili in micro with extra water then added to veggies and cooked in pan along with extra chili powder, garlic and Chipotle Tobasco until thickened. Poured over 1/2 cup sautéed cabbage "Mac noodles"
    D - Crock pot chicken with cabbage, onion, mushrooms, asparagus
    S - hot chocolate from chocolate shake mix

    Also made fresh Ginger Tea to try to stay warm and not drink all my water cold (simmered ginger slices, cinnamon sticks and 3 herbal lemon decaf tea bags in lots of water)

    Yesterday ended up really messing up my eating plans - I stayed OP, just not what I had planned! Thank goodness for back-up plans.
