P1 Reboot, Day 40 - Vegetarian, IP and Alternative mixture

B: 3/4 scoop Syntrax Nectar Vanilla Bean Torte with coffee
S: 2 egg whites (to help offset lower dinner protein amount)
L: Protidiet 'Chicken' Flavor Soup with 1c. pureed zucchini, romaine salad with 1c. cucumber, EVOO, ACV
S: Healthsmart Hot Chocolate
D: Tofu sauteed with 4oz. kelp noodles and 2c. cabbage and green pepper, romaine salad with EVOO and ACV

Gym: Nope... my day to sleep in and rest. Although... top-to-bottom house cleaning doesn't sound very restful... ;)

L=lettuce! pickles, 2oz ground chicken Patty, cucumbers, WF thousand island dressing, WLS creamy cappaccino
D=same as lunch, with 6 oz. ground chicken and 1 cup cooked zuchini

I still can't find any frozen rhubarb and I used to buy it all the time

B - Muscle Milk 100 RTD, coffee, tea with milk
L - romaine salad with mushrooms, orange peppers, red onion, celery, cukes, and banana peppers, homemade vinaigrette; Pure Protein frosty chocolate RTD
D - Roast chicken, roast eggplant, red peppers, and mushrooms
S - EAS dark chocolate RTD, heated

I've been adding jarred banana peppers to my salads, and they are so good! Adds a good salty, tangy flavor that really makes it taste different from a regular salad.

Gym: 60 min Les Mills Combat DVD with my 6am boot camp gym groupies AND 3 hour roller derby practice

Thanks for the tip! I normally love salads but without some of my favorite ingredients (avocado, chickpeas, feta cheese, olives) they're starting to get a bit bland. I'll have to try this! :carrot:
