B: 3/4 scoop Syntrax Nectar Vanilla Bean Torte with coffee S: 2 egg whites (to help offset lower dinner protein amount) L: Protidiet 'Chicken' Flavor Soup with 1c. pureed zucchini, romaine salad with 1c. cucumber, EVOO, ACV S: Healthsmart Hot Chocolate D: Tofu sauteed with 4oz. kelp noodles and 2c. cabbage and green pepper, romaine salad with EVOO and ACV Gym: Nope... my day to sleep in and rest. Although... top-to-bottom house cleaning doesn't sound very restful... ;) |
Day 2 B=IP vanilla drink in decaf
L=lettuce! pickles, 2oz ground chicken Patty, cucumbers, WF thousand island dressing, WLS creamy cappaccino D=same as lunch, with 6 oz. ground chicken and 1 cup cooked zuchini S=IP raspberry jelli |

Adds a good salty, tangy flavor that really makes it taste different from a regular salad. |
