Wow! The scrambles eggs with grated cauliflower rice sounds like a great meal. I am having that tomorrow night.
Today's meals (Phase 1)
B: blueberry pancake, WF syrup, coffee
L: pink lemonade, salad w/dice red bell pepper, diced zucchini, napa cabbage, lettuce and diced up cucumbers & onions with a little of the liquid from those.
D: taco meat, artisan lettuce leaves, hot sauce and steamed broccoli
S: will have chocolate pudding later with a little WF chocolate syrup on top
