Good morning everyone!

Happy to announce that it didn't snow last night so there will be no shovelling for me... At least not this morning!

A weird NSV... Every night in bed when my husband puts his arm around me he comments that he can feel my bones, and my new nickname from him is Bony McBonerson. Lol not sure where it came from but it makes me laugh every time he calls me it.

Hope everyone has a great day!

Good morning everyone! Into week 3 of my restart and still feeling good. But TOM showed up a bit early and I've been having some terrible cravings for the past couple of days. The worst one is sushi. So what did I do? Went online and ordered a sushi making kit from Amazon and I'm going to make California Rolls with cauliflower rice and asparagus instead of the avacado. I can't wait! I've never made sushi before and I hope it turns out ok with the rice and asparagus. Now I just have to wait for the kit to get here.

Hope everyone is staying warm!

That's because Skinny McSkinnerton just sounds too weird.
Wonderful to have the support on the home front!

A balmy 6 degrees this morning. But maybe a mental trip to Aruba on the treadmill?

Everyone have a great OP day. Remember how you got to this point and imagine where you want to go.

Ha! Too cute! I notice now when I take a bath i feel my tailbone or when I'm laying on my side, my knees aren't comfortable! Such an odd feeling!

Laying in bed this am, waiting on our "snow" to arrive. The parish borrowed some salt trucks and salted all our bridges early this am. Hopefully it'll help and our entire town won't shut down again! I think mother nature decided to turn our hurricane days into snow days this year!

Snow due here in GA this morning! Crazy!
Week 3 begins today. Down 6 lbs in 2 weeks! One half a pound more and I'm in the 150s. Looking forward to saying goodbye to the 160s forever!

Hi all - feeling discouraged and a bit angry this morning. Had my WI with my coach last night, and hit 50 pounds down. Great, right? Well, she didn't think so and has threatened to "fire" me from her program - I'm on strike one. Apparently I am not losing fast enough. They only want complete success stories and don't want people on the program who don't fall in to the 3-4 pounds lost each week associated with their clinic. I was shocked.

I will admit that no - my head has not been in the game as much as it should since Christmas but I have continued to lose each and every week, and I'm certainly not going on any binges - my crimes have been not drinking enough water, not weighing my dinner meat (so likely having too much) and erring on the side of chocolate packets twice a day instead of the non-creamy options. But she didn't go into any of that. No questions or discussions as to why my losses have slowed, just an immediate assumption that I've gone off the rails and been cheating.

The whole thing left a really bad taste in my mouth (pardon the pun). Not about the program (due to my involvement here with all of you) but certainly about this clinic. I'm still just a bit stunned and not sure what my next steps should be. I'm afraid to leave them all together because the structure is what's been successful for me - but I think I'll go off on this woman if I have to keep seeing her. Sigh. Talk me down, ladies.

Wow, absolutely ridiculous! I am so angry! Completely unprofessional and demeaning.

Can you speak to the owner or another coach and explain how you feel?

That is so unprofessional. I haven't lost 3-4lbs per week but I lose. There are a lot of things that can affect your weight loss, such as medications. I know for a fact that the 3 medications I take are affecting my weight loss. But the treatment you received is outrageous. If you don't get resolution through IPN's ideas - is there another clinic close to you?

Absolutely go off on her! You are paying for at service not the other way around!

As far as structure, I need it as well and have found that by being active here, I still have structure. Maybe it's in my head, but I don't want to disappoint the ladies and gents here by slipping up.

65x65,Lisa, and RuthAnnimpart lots of wisdom and a swift kick in the butt when needed, lol Thank you ladies!
