Family wants My meals
 

Made the family tacos, but I took my ground beef out before I seasoned theirs and made Big Mac in a Bowl for me. Well, my husband and teens (one girl and one boy), wanted my meal! They were serious and dogged me about it today even. Family all says they are liking the new meals. I usually make a whole grain or something for them, but except for last night we usually have the same thing. They love a lot of the recipes I found here, as well as the program cookbook. They love the mashed cauliflower with the turnips added (gives it the body of mashed potatoes) the recipe in the book tastes better than the ones I used to add low fat cream cheese or parmesan to. Thank you so much for sharing because your creations with vanilla pudding and sf eggnog syrup got me through the holidays!:carrot:

My daughter who is a divorcee and lives alone has adopted some of my meals also. She didn't cook for her self and was losing weight unintentionally (she's tall and thin). Now she loves to fix herself the Big Mac Bowl quite often and adds a vegetable of some type.

My three year old was eating my BBQ soy balls last night. So funny!
