Default Phase one IP/sf jello pudding?
Hi all- anyone out there use sugar free chocolate pudding in a pinch as an alternative to IP pudding? Work ok?

Definitely wouldn't work.

No protein and it needs to be made with milk, which we cannot have except for 1 oz of skim per day.

No! It seems like it should, but no. 1st-it has aspertame or other non approved sweetener, which increase insulin! 2nd-not enough protein. Stick to approved products or it must be 0-0-0 (fat-calories-carbs)

0/0/0 is sugar, fat and carbs.

Minimal calories are ok which is why 2 egg whites were previously allowed per day (new protocol sheet has removed that statement.)
