I apologize if this has been asked and answered, but when all other factors are in your favor (net carbs, %fat), how many grams of sugar are "too many" in an item (presumably restricted)?

If the net Carbs are in line
it is my understanding we don't have to worry about sugar grams
of course we want to stay away from sugar and asperteme as an ingredient.
