With a weight loss of 30lbs (and determination to lose more) I know 2014 will be a great year. I do know it is best to stick to IP 100%- it is a plan that works and cuts the craving. Cheating and extra's make it harder for yourself.
giving yourself the best gift ever and learning self control by staying 100% will do you good in maintenance.

Okay; I'm in a conundrum. The salad bar at work looked so pretty and fresh today so I made a salad for lunch. Plus I have my smoothie with 2 cups spinach blended in.
For a snack I planned a cup of bell pepper sticks, then dinner a "taco salad" on spinach with bell peppers and onions. I'm sitting here trying to rearrange my plan so I don't eat to many veggies!

hows that for a twist?!

I make my smoothies with ice in the blender. It seems to help. The RTD are quick and easy so I save them for when I'm not home.

Have your taco salad on lettuce instead of spinach. Can your snack be an IP product instead of veggies?

Hi everyone, sounds like everyone is staying warm, we are suppose to be -25 tomorrow without wind chill added in, School for my daughter already canceled.

Just want to say again, everyone on here is great and it really helps me stay 100%, that is the best gift you can give yourself.

Had to work all weekend and got off at noon today. So good to be able to read posts as could not the last three days

Have a great day everyone.

flt9774 Happy Birthday, you can do it and stay 100%

Happy Birthday, I too am a Capricorn ( January 7th).

Applebees, I had a 7 oz grilled steak (nothing added) and a double order of broccoli, steamed nothing added.

Question for the men on IP? Do you follow the same protocol? With approx 18000-900 calories a day?
