The minimum is 64oz. Here in Colorado, because it is a dry climate, I drink probably 32 oz more. Which, I guess would be 1/2 my weight.
I drink a lot of decaf herbal hot tea - especially in the winter. As long as you are drinking decaf, and things that don't contain a lot of splenda/sucralose (like no pop, no crystal light), etc.
