Drink some water. Do you have a healthy snack at work with you? Have something healthy. Go for a little walk, or sign on her at 3fc. I know when I'm having a tough time or need some help I check in here, the support is awesome. You're so worth it Girl, stay IP and don't eat the fat pill!

I had a protein shake instead of a donut, read this thread and browsed Nashua for future food orders. It definitely helped!

Good work! I placed an order with Nashua today! Some of their stuff is awesome and the Same as IP.

I work from home and have my family's treats around all the time so I have made the decision to eat my own treats allowed on IP from now on. I've made it through day 3 and am happy I've made it through the first few days without too much challenge besides being a little hungry.
