May I ask you guys about your coaches? Have you ever talked to them about when you mess up a bit? I have always been all or nothing...if I eat 1 chip I figure why not eat the rest of the bag since I already messed up. Then for the next meal why not have a pizza. I am trying really hard to stop doing this. Yesterday I talked to my coach about it and she said "1 Bite, Lick, or Taste kicks you out of Ketosis for 3 days" Is this true?? I understand being in Ketosis is the goal of this plan, but you can loss weight without being in Ketosis....I just didn't feel like she was very supportive. She also said if I am not 100% comitted that I am just wasting my money.
One BLT won't take you out of ketosis but it sets up behavior to do more damage (I had a bite, so I might as well eat it all. Then, I ate all that so I might as well have more today). Refraining from the BLTs builds the willpower muscle we all need to stay OP.

Your coach is right. Fat isn't what makes us fat (unless it is mixed with carbs...then it is horrible! "They" have lied to us for decades about the horrors of fat when it was the carbs the whole time - or the fat/carb combo). Dr Tein's first book had fat measured in Tablespoons, not teaspoons.
You are absolutely right about the recipes. I KNOW I wouldn't have had success without them!

The plexus itself isnt a meal replacement. It helps regulate your blood sugars. The same doctor that recommended me to do IP is the one that suggested I try Plexus with it. It regulates blood sugars. The company makes a shake too though that has 15 gms of protein in it and both are IP friendly

stayed the same this week, but I know why, stress and PMS
OMG it was bad.
No cheating for me so I know next week should be a great WI. Atleast I really hope so. I lost .4 at my coach's scale but not going to change my ticker as I go by my scale.
Here is to another successful week!!

Thanks, that picture was taken at my clinic the day I lost 101pounds. My coach gave me the roses. I cried like a baby. Pretty unbelievable feeling.

That's right sunflower. Stay the course it'll all be worth it in the end. And remember, as long as the scale is going down you're going in the right direction! Have a great night!

Good morning. For some reason yesterday with the cold and snow I wanted to blow my diet and eat junk. I am proud to say I managed to ignore all my cravings and stayed 100% on plan. I feel so much better today for that decision. For me it is being stuck inside. I keep thinking of all the cute spring clothes I will be able to wear if I stick to the plan.

Day 26 of reboot and down another 2 pounds. I am proud of myself for sticking to the plan. Have tried many times to reboot but couldn't do it. I guess my mind is in a better place this go around.
