I gained 4 lbs since 12/19. There were so many celebratory events, a huge milestone birthday for me & my twin, family from out of town to help us celebrate, x-mas, my daughters birthday, and then New Years. Of course, there was food Everywhere. I fell into old habits with sweets. It so reminded me that after losing almost 50 lbs, my old habits are still there. I'm rattled but can only move forward. The challenge will motivate me too. I'm going to Puerto Rico with my best friend later this month for 5 days for a girls vacation. I have spoken to my coach about it and will probably phase off then. All the celebrations are tough.

Thank you all and I'm so grateful for this forum. I cannot imagine succeeding without it!

Oh shoot, I forgot to weigh myself for the start of the challenge yesterday. I'll use what my scale said this morning for the purpose of the challenge even though my coach's scale will be more due to clothes and time of day. The losses should be similar though. I don't officially WI until tomorrow afternoon.
