My new year unfortunately started off with a really terrible stomach bug and I missed my first weigh in due to that and not being able to stick to the protocol…. but I went today and was down over 7 pounds! So even with a slightly rocky start, it may have contributed to my large weight loss.
Way to go guys!! Yay for second week being done. And this was my second week being on the program. So far down a little over ten pounds!! Hooray congrats everybody for making that scale go down!
