Thanks Kathie! Really pushing fluids today but, unfortunately, the rest will have to wait. Had to be in the office at 7 a.m. and have a busy day scheduled. Will try to sneak out early if possible, but it's not looking good. But I will have the weekend to pamper myself.

Ruth Ann
I've got something brewing too. Not surprised since I've switched time zones, functioned on very little sleep, and been enclosed on planes (germ factories). Plus DH has had a cold the entire trip.

I've also had a less-than-stellar diet. Daily salad but veggies sparse a couple days. Also, when traveling, not as much water. Combo for disaster. So glad IP has taught me what to do about it. Quest bar for breakfast today.

The gift that keeps in giving

p1 here I come tomorrow! Great trip but I don't like how my body feels.

Where is the LIKE button?
I'm still smiling (throughout something developing that feels like bronchitis AND flight delays that could strand us in Denver)

Today is beautiful in Denver, but the snow and cold comes in tonight. Not a lot of snow - only 1-3 inches. But I am sure you are ready to get home.

Best of luck.

Hope you have no delays Lisa and an easy trip home!

Finally off work and ready to have a quiet weekend after I do a Costco run, do some clothes shopping, undecorate, take the dog to the vet. Oh dear, I may have over scheduled myself this weekend!

Weigh In for me tomorrow morning, then I am going to return a couple of large
sweaters because they were too big. Hope I can replace them with equally warm ones, because I am freezing all the time!

RuthAnn, hope you get some time to relax. I am fighting a cold too.

Thanks Slipfree - I may bag as much of my plans as I dare and spend some down time.

I ended up having to return a pair of PJs my sister got me. She bought them in October and, of course, by the time Christmas came around they no longer fit! Not a bad problem.

What a tempting day for me, but I am proud to say that I stayed strong and feel so good about it! Today at work, someone brought in bagels and donuts. Those were definitely my weaknesses pre-IP. Today I was just grossed out watching all my coworkers dive for those and then hear them complain about how they shouldn't have eaten them and how tired they are. Then tonight we celebrated my sister in law's bday with teriyaki chicken and rice. My mother in law is so great, she cooked me my plain chicken and even threw in some veggies to be sautéed. They definitely helped. It was a little harder to pass on bye be cake and ice cream, but I am happily at home enjoying my cafe caramel shake.

Congrats to everyone who is staying 100% OP and keeping your health and body #1!

Outstanding Mom2Carter! You know, most of the time that stuff doesn't even bother me any more. It's like, yeah that might taste good but I'm not going to even try it. I love the way I feel staying OP too much.

And so sweet of your mother in law to be supportive - I find it so much easier to stay OP when the people around me understand what I am trying to do. And those who don't, well I just don't make plans with them that include meals and try to have an activity scheduled. Like, let's go to X museum or go try on clothes or something similar.

Ruth Ann you are lurking awfully close to the 100 mark these days!

I know! I try not to think about it too much because it just seems unreal to me still. My coach said for a woman to lose 100 pounds in less than a year is really outstanding progress. But 100 lbs seems like such a huge goal so I try to keep my goals smaller (and sometimes silly!). My current "mini-goal" is to have to buy smaller panties!

Someone posted not too long ago that you shouldn't wait too long to try on the next smaller size and I just figured out how true that is. I had a pair of size 12 jeans that someone had given me that a couple of weeks ago I could zip and button but thought they were still too tight. Tried them on yesterday and realized they were now too big but the size 10s I have fit perfectly. So I apparently went directly from a 14 to a 10! Cut, of course, has something to do with it I think but still!

I was just thinking I really need some panties.... I put my pants on and they are bunching up cause they're too big! I hate shopping though so I avoid going up town unless its absolutely necessary.

I bought a new winter coat at a boxing day sale in a size 14 but the hips are a little snug. I hope it fits better in the next month or so. I really don't have much to wear right now but I'll wait till I unpack to decide what I need. I probably have clothes in bags that I've forgotten about.

Ruth Ann, it does seem to just happen. I bought 6's that were too tight and now they are comfortable. I have bagged up all the 10 jeans and have just the 8's and 6's left. I need to go through my closet. I wore a sweater the other day that was a large, and probably stretched out because it was way too big.
