So, I had my week 15th WI (has it only been that long?) and UMMM WHAT? I lost 6 LBS!!!!! Did NOT expect that!
I have my family Christmas dinner tonight, and HOPEFULLY there are some good OP dishes, since my aunt (whos house its located at) is/was doing IP (well actually her whole family to some degree).

Wow! Now you see what stress can do and when you get a break from it, how much it really does affect weight loss! Congrats on a big loss. It had to feel SO GOOD!

Hello all! Sounds like everyone had a great Christmas and wow on some of the losses!!!

Made it through Christmas fairly easily, I think I might have had more protein than I was allowed but the turkey was soooo good

It's my son's 12th birthday today so we're going out for supper tonight - I've already check the restaurant for what I can have so it'll be good. I'm having everyone back to my house after for cake and ice cream but at least I can control that and have an IP bar for my dessert.

Have to make up a shopping list - I start P3 next Wednesday. I've gotten some great breakfast ideas so far so kind of excited to start.

I'm going to start the post for the 25lb First Day of Spring Challenge so get ready to sign up

Good afternoon! My husband and I have just found out that we are expecting our second child, and I want to move to the maintenance phase during my pregnancy, but I am a little confused by the sheet. Perhaps I should be posting this in the maintainer thread, but could anyone give me a little guidance? Thanks so much.

Ladies - according to my cheat sheet 1 cup of broccoli=3oz. Is this what you all using as a measure? Seem so little.

Also - sometimes I can see my weight jump up a lb or two. for no reason - I mean while OP. Like the other day I say 132, then the next day back to 134 and stays there. It happens a few times before. Anyone else see this happening or just me?

masenki - I think the weight would depend on whether you are using just the florets or the stems too - stems would weigh more.

On the weight changes - happens to me all the time. I'll be up or down 2 or 3 pounds in the morning so I only count the once a week with my coach. It depends on how much sodium I had the day before, how much water I drank, the phase of the moon, how much cat hair is on me, etc., etc. Seriously, don't worry about it on a daily basis - as long as the trend is down over a period of time you're doing great.

I thank everyone in this site for your advice with my family situation. I went to dinner with my mother, sister, her daughters, and my son. It was nice then they stopped by my house to get Xmas gifts. That went well then my mom looks at me and says she will see me next Thursday night, she flies out Friday. I just thought wow so you will be at Paula's from Friday-Thursday and we will get to see you for maybe 12 hours including sleeping time.
I just have them a hug and said have a great week.
Really a while week in town and you spend 6 days at my sisters house??
Now I'm in control yes this bothers me. I'm not going to let her get me to get upset I'm going to take control keep exercising and stay in control of my eating.
Thanks again here's to the next 6 days. I will stay in control of my emotions.
