That's a great accomplishment Deana, keep up the good work! Hope the finals go good!

Colorado Girl: There is a movie of Divergent coming out in the summer maybe. I saw the trailer it when I took the kids to the 2nd hunger games movie: Girl on Fire. I'm glad you are enjoying reading the series. I may try it: I stumbled upon a YA series book at the beach this summer and really enjoyed it: I like a quick easy fun read good for times when life is busy and stressful and everything else is crazy.

No he didn't give me any paperwork. He just told me to what to eat but was very vague. I will be looking up on here for more help. He finally gave me the go head to exercise.

WOW WTG!!! You are going to look stunning at your friends wedding in January! You need to post a pic of you in your brides maid dress!

On a side note I want to buy a sweater dress and leggings but I am so nervous to wear anything like that!!! For those who have them and love how they look where did you get yours? I want an empire waist on mine I think .

I'm assuming more muscle mass will come on as I get closure to my goal. I do weights, yoga, spin half an hour twice a week, and work out with personal trainer - mostly weights, strengthening, abs once a week. Sorry for the lengthy me post
Jenny38. I would ask your coach about the alternative plan. I was the same as you with going to the gym everyday, but my coach told me that if I continued to work out hard that is would be best to do the alternative plan. It adds more carbs to each meal and you have 3 different food groups that you have to choose from for each meal. I think that Lisa has it on the first post of this thread.

My coach said you are working out too hard if you are getting too overheated (red in the face) and your heartrate is raised too much. She said I couldn't jog, but I could walk, go on the stationary bike, and do strength training as well but just low weights.

I lost .8lbs on the week I worked out hard and then I slowed down as per her instructions the next week and I lost 4.4lbs. I am happy with this and will continue to slow down on my type of routine rather than eat more carbs and tempt fate.

Anyone else have any suggestions?
