Annik, what great news! So happy for you.

Nolasmurf, WTG! You are almost at the 50 lbs lost point. You must feel incredible! I love your new picture.

Sarahbell, you are so close. I can't wait to see you celebrate Onederland. Good luck at your next WI.

Sonolady, I saw your photo on the daily chat but it was too late to get a comment in. I just wanted to tell you how great you look. Size 4! Holy cow!

I think I have figured out the reason for my meltdown this weekend. I didn't have my strawberry banana drink. Is the only fruit my getting right now and I think that's what was wrong. However I'm feeling so much better as the clothes I just bought is fitting me loser too. I am seeing the resulting and linking them. I am unofficially down 40 lbs from my heaviest I've been. Weight in is tomorrow so we'll see what that makes it officially

Does anyone know if sugar free jello is allowed? My coach gave me a survival sheet with ideas to put in it for those days you are out and about and sugar free jello was on it. I'd love to have one once in a while for a sweet treat after dinner. They have 10 cals, no carbs, and 1 g of protein.

The problem with sugar-free gelatin is finding one that is aspartame-free. I've taken to making my own with Mio and plain gelatin. Then, yes, you're good!

When IP looks at 0/0/0 items they are looking at carbs/sugar/fat

As far as I know sugar free jello is not allowed. If you would like some jello try the raspberry jello from IP. It is really good and I think taste better then some jello.

Congrats to everyone on their losses and staying OP. I have a question about the Ketosis sticks. I bought some and have been testing and it's always negative. I never did this when I lost my weight last year because I knew I was in ketosis. This time I am doing Health Wise with a coach and eating 4 packets a day because these products are lower in calories and protein. I feel like I am in ketosis but not like it was last year. Can someone tell me if the tip of the stick starts out the negative (tan) color or should the tip be white? I want to make sure mine aren't bad. Thanks for any input.

I know for me, one of the things I had a hard time with was the feeling of belonging. When I was a newbie I found it hard to connect with people, and even when I came back no one said a single thing to my post. It was rather disheartening. I can see the new peoples zeal and excitement to be starting a new diet, all the big numbers and wanting to band together.. It is exciting!
I also agree with the blind leading the blind. THAT being said. Maybe some of the members that have done this diet a lot longer have patience with new people. Answer what seems like the thousandth time you've heard the same question. I cannot tell you how many times my posts were never answered.

My coach told me just white meat since the dark meat has a higher fat/calorie content.

Same here.

Good morning all. I am tired and just want to put my head down on my desk and fall asleep. Last night I worked and volunteered at the SPCA Holiday Windows with adoptions of cats and dogs. It was super cute.

Anyhow, that's all I got for right now. Onwards and downwards! And RESIST THE CHOCOLATE!

Afternoon IPers! Congrats everyone on your losses!

What's this Strawberry Banana drink?

My order from Lindora is held up in Commerce City, CO because of the snow and ice we are having here in CO. I wonder if my fellow coloradoan Skinnyjeangirl is staying warm???

I started IP today! I had coffee with RTD Mscle milk light, a subway chopped salad with Walden Farms ranch (YUCK!!!!!!) and now I am eyeing my IP bar. Trying to put it off another hour or two.

Happy to see you all today, and happy to be back OP! Can't wait to get into keto

Keto sticks are very unreliable. How long do you think you have (or haven't) been in keto? I believe after a few weeks your body adjusts to being in keto and the sticks no longer detect in. In other cases, the keto sticks get old and no longer detect ketonic bodies. Don't quote me on that but the consesis on this board has always been not to use ketostix, but to listen to your body. Hope that helps!

Ugh. I have the munchies today too.. not to mention I had to run to Wendy's just now to get my boyfriend food because he hadn't eaten since 3am o.O Resisting the munchies though.. I'm terrified to eat anything that's not straight vegetables or IP. So.. just trying to wait until dinner....

Are pickles IP friendly? o.0

Ok so if you listen to your body how can you tell when you are in ketosis? What are the signs? I suppose I could google it but if anyone wants to answer a veteran answer would be great.

Yesterday was day three for me and it was not an easy day. Today has been much better. My twins had school cancelled so I took them and my son to an afternoon viewing of Frozen. They had popcorn and I didn't even feel like eating any. Usually I pig out at movies!
