Here is a question for someone. I have been caffeine free for over 6 years now due to high blood pressure. I am hoping to reel in this issue of hypertension by losing a total of 75 LBS. I am down 20 now, 50 more to go. Does this diet work better if one has caffeine? I am willing to do whatever it takes to get this weight off as quickly as possible, including going back to real coffee!
The IP video says caffeine is welcomed and accepted, but no one is saying you must have caffeine in order to lose weight. Caffeine is not a must have according to IP protocol.
