How do you really determine your TOM?? I have the marena IUD and have no aunt flow (except 1 or 2 times a year and it lasts less than 24 hours)

I really did not pay attention until I started IP abt my hormones running ramped. I am having a hard week this week and it stinks

Any help or clues would be nice

Hi! I have had my Mirena for about 3 years. Mostly the hormones are my big tip off, the cravings get CRAZY. However I also started getting my period back occasionall , and not only back but very heavy. So if that happens to you, it's normal! Anyways yeah basically the cravings are my tip off when flo doesn't come.

I have the same. Oddly, I can still tell as my rings don't fit right, cravings go up and I start to feel a giggly butt.

I have had this one for almost 2.5 years, and before that I had it for 5 years. I guess my craving go nuts when it is "TOM" because I crave salt and chocolate like an entire bag of drizzled in caramel and sprinkled in a little sea salt would just nicely

I actually just had mine taken out on Wednesday - it was time.

Since I've been on IP, I found that just about every 4 weeks, I'd start to feel more bloated and have different cravings, usually I want "sweet" stuff but at those times, I'd want salty. And a definite increase in spotting while in IP, which was a bit of a shock after 5 years of nothing
