B: 1 cup of coffee w/ 2 Truvia packets & a small amt of half & half (yes i use this and still lose), Protidiet oatmeal
L: Protidiet chicken noodle soup & salad (romaine lettuce, 1 cup baby spinach & a yellow pepper & 2 tsp grape seed oil) WF dressing
D: 8 oz steak w/ 1 cup green pepper & 1 cup mushroom stir fried w/ Braggs liquid Aminos
S: Protidiet BBQ curls (mmm...mmm...mmm)
of course 64 oz of water and more!

good morning all

I see a lot of people use Protilife products - are they the same as Ideal Protein? I'm afraid to switch to something else so early in my program because I think that's why I never lose all my weight - I never see something to the end. any words of wisdom will be appreciated
