L: 1 pepper, 4 mushrooms & some cilantro chopped w/ 1 tsp grape seed oil, WF honey dijon dressing and IP banana pudding (blech...last package yay!)
D: 8 oz of pork with chopped garlic, 1 cup zucchini & 1 cup mushrooms
S: EAS RTD carb control vanilla shake w/ nutmeg and 1 packet of stevia YUM!!

Hi Maureen! Remember, both the oatmeal and salt/vinegar ridges are restricted. Can you replace one of them with a shake, pudding or soup?

L: Same as above, lettuce, 1/4 cup celery, 1/4 cup cucumber & 1 1/2 cups of steamed broccoli

S: Premier Protein RTD (divided into portions due to being over plan if not)

I honestly can't seem to choke down the WF dressing...bacon ranch yesterday was no bueno.

You and I must both be weird - I love the raspberry jelly and have had it for breakfast or, if I'm having it later, I take a little and spread it on "toast" that I made from the potato puree for breakfast.
