I cook the cauliflower until it's really soft and then mash it with a fork before adding the potato puree - it is super yummy!

That does sound good! Now I'm bummed I didn't pick up any of the potato puree this week. I'll have to remember that. I saw a recipe made yesterday on the Chew with mashed cauliflower, but she added a little potato to it to mix it up and I was thinking that would be good, but we couldn't do it. Never thought about using the IP packet.

B: 3/4 scoop IsoPure Zero Cookies and Cream with coffee
S: Deviled egg (workout addition) - made only with dill relish and mustard
L: HealthSmart Vegetable Chili, 2c. cucumber and radish slices, EVOO, ACV
S: Protidiet Chocolate Pudding made into a huge drink and split between afternoon and after dinner snack
D: 3 slices Yves veggie 'bologna' and 5 slices Tofurky peppered deli slices, 1c green pepper slices, 1c. radish slices, romaine salad with EVOO, ACV
Gym: 60 min Boot Camp (included 120 push-ups!)

Started week 2 yesterday - had an excellent weigh-in!! Hope you all have a great weekend!!

P1 - Day 9

B- chocolate drink, coffee
L- PB bar, 2c cucumbers
Sn- chocolate drink warmed with almond extract
D- 8 oz fish, 2c roasted asparagus with oil

L- vanilla shake with 2 cups of Kholarabi ( hadn't been able to find it for a couple weeks, so happy I found it)
D- Chicken Caesar salad with WF Caesar dressing. I had to "doctor" it with some garlic herb seasoning and S&P. Was pretty good!
S- salt and vinegar ridges, 1cup of pickles and 1 cup of Kholarabi (couldn't get enough)

I also found jicama today I'm excited to try, and my IP coach let me try some "toast" she made with packets, so so good!

I loooove jicama - I eat mine with lime juice and chili powder. It's very tasty.

L: I'm going to try the tomato-basil soup "focaccia" packet hack, 2 cups zucchini "apples"

Gym: 5 hours of snowboarding... 2 of those back in the extremes while all three kiddos were at ski school. The rest of the day was on the front side with our youngest who only goes to ski school for half a day.
