B- vanilla pudding with almond extract and cinnamon , coffe
L - chocolate shake with 2 cups spinach , vanilla extract
S- sweet and sour meatballs, cauliflower rice, and spinach salad
S- if sweet craving Choc decadence bar, if salt craving herb and garlic crisps! Yum.

D: burger salad (8 oz grilled ground elk meat, chopped pickles and onions mixed with mustard and WF mayo, lettuce)

S WLS cocomint hot chocolate.

Weird. I rarely drank "hot chocolate" last winter but it's been a staple this week. I'm gonna need to stock up on the cocomint cream if this continues....
I'm still not feeling really great so I'm going for "easy"

L - Chicken Salad with hard boiled egg , and large romaine salad w/ veggies
D - RTD strawberry shake, Thai Ginger soup with mushrooms, bok choy and basil

Haha… yes! I don't read when I'm already hungry!

Plan of attack for today:
B: scrambled eggs (1 egg, 2 egg whites)

There is a WF mayo some people use as well as a recipe in one of the recipe threads to make a "mayo". I have also used WF coleslaw or ranch dressings diluted with a little ACV to cut the sweetness and used like mayo.
