L - chocolate shake with 2 cups spinach , vanilla extract
S- sweet and sour meatballs, cauliflower rice, and spinach salad
S- if sweet craving Choc decadence bar, if salt craving herb and garlic crisps! Yum.

Weird. I rarely drank "hot chocolate" last winter but it's been a staple this week. I'm gonna need to stock up on the cocomint cream if this continues....
I'm still not feeling really great so I'm going for "easy"

Haha… yes! I don't read when I'm already hungry!

B: scrambled eggs (1 egg, 2 egg whites)

There is a WF mayo some people use as well as a recipe in one of the recipe threads to make a "mayo". I have also used WF coleslaw or ranch dressings diluted with a little ACV to cut the sweetness and used like mayo.
