And I'm down 1.5! Not as much as the last few weigh ins, but still a loss. My lowest weight was 214 in 2010, which was a number I thought I would never see again... but can't say that now, since I am now 6.5 lbs. away from it! I'm so excited to get there!!!

Not to worry Scottysgirl! Week 4 is a notoriously slow week for lots of us. Body is doing her recalibrating and working things we don't understand. You'll have a good loss next week...
