I was at the grocery store yesterday, and came across sugar free Jell-O. I bought some, but not sure if it's allowed on Phase 1, even tho there is no sugar, fat or carbs. Is it allowed during Phase 1, and if so, is it considered a restriction? I haven't had any yet...
