going off alternative protocol
Has anyone gone off the IP alternative protocol and started on the regular one? If so did you go "cold turkey", phase off, or something else? I am not sure what the best way to do this is.
I am going to talk to my coach tomorrow at my weigh in but I was looking for advice from people who may have been through this.
