Just made the vanilla shake with 1 tsp of rum extract and pumpkin pie spice. I'm in heaven! Thanks to who ever posted it.

Look for gum without aspartame. Dentyne makes a few flavors. Mio is okay it doesn't have aspartame. The IP foods contain the same thing as Splenda, Suraclose. Not sure why the clinics are down on Splenda, sure Stevia my be better for you, but it's not going to affect your losses.

2.25 pounds this week. I feel as if I could have done better. Goal for next week. -5 pounds. I cheated today to restart my ketosis. im focused now more than ever.
