When I was extra hungry I would eat a hard boiled egg and a couple of pickles. The extra protein perked me right up. The pickles were always a good way to help with cravings.

I started IP on May 13th. I hit my goal the 29th of September. Thanks!

Cheers! Today I bought some dill pickles, olives and extra veggies to snack on. I like the hard boiled egg idea as well.
