How many calories, carbs, fat and protein?
I know this has probably been addressed many times, but I've been searching for an hour or more and I haven't found anything to point me in the correct direction. And I have some babies to feed, bathe and get to bed. ;) I use my fitness pal and am trying to get in ketosis. I was planning to do a high fat, moderate protein, low carb diet. But I'm thinking this IP plan would be better. I am planning on using alternative products because here is no way I can afford the IP products as our family's monthly food budget is $500 and I can't take up 4/5 of it all for myself. And my husband wants to do it too. Now way we could do $800!!! I have found some good information on products to use, so thanks to everyone who has shared their alternative product advice.
But....for my weight, 128 and wanting to lose about 15-18 lbs, what should my daily intake of calories be? And what should the breakdown for carb, fat and protein be? Percentages are fine too. Thanks in advance!!! |
Just follow the sheet. Get the alternative products recommended in the alt thread. No need to track specifically. Let the plan work.
