Fat grams in phase 3 breakfast

So I had my meeting at the clinic today and the one lady there said that the 15 grams of fat is for the entire day not just breakfast, and she said this like 5 times. I am doubting her, says she gained 10 lbs because of this. On the sheet that she gave me no where does it state 15 grams throughout the day everything else is for breakfast so I why would the fat be different. Has anyone else heard this?

There is a huge P3 breakfast thread with lots of info. I also posted more in the stickies.
It is breakfast.

My clinic told me it was the whole day also. But they were wrong. The intention of the diet is up to 15g fat for breakfast.

If you think about adding in 1 -2 fats at lunch and having the required oil it would be impossible to stay under 15 g of fat for the whole day.

This threw me when I started phase 3 also. Wish the coached were more consistent. Just sayin'........

Thanks, I had read through the phase three threads but couldn't remember this being addressed. When I went through the sample menus provided some of them were even over the 15 grams 2 eggs and bacon, plus what fat is in your carbs.... Also it says these are just guidelines....

I also find it funny that on the very page that it gives you your breakfast amounts it mentions they do this so ALL clinics are giving the same information.

Anyway just finished having smoked salmon and LC cheese for breakfast delicious.
