I haven't ntried these. I assume they are restricted. Do they slow your losses at all? I don't eat anything but veggies and protein along with rtd's.

The quest bars are very delicious and my big treat. It hasn't slowed my losses. Depending on the stats on the package, there are some that aren't restricted. But, the two I use mostly is double choco chunk and choco chip cookie dough that I use as a restricted.
