Its one of those days.... I was sneaking a couple of tit bits from the snack pantry as well. I think we need to look at the mini victories / pat on the backs that come from others who recognize that we lost weight to keep us on the right track, if we are not self governed..

Hello all! I really enjoy reading this thread...as I can relate to all of you. I have occasional slip ups as well, my most recent was last night. I had 2 sugar cookies and 4 potato skins. Luckily it did not affect me, but today I am back on target and committed! I have been on this journey since JAN 17th and have lost 22 pounds so I think I am doing okay. I was 100% until 6 weeks in, I am trying to stop having cheat days once every 1-2 weeks but it's hard. Honestly, it's good to chat with this group!

Hello and

This week was hard for me, we are putting our house on the market this up coming week so we have been busy all week, painting, cleaning, all that stuff. I have been out of veggies from around Wed. night until today- I finally got to the store today (late but made it there). My fridge is stuffed with fresh veggies, steam bags of broccoli, and green beans (aldis had green giant steam fresh bags for $1.10 each) so I swooped in on those!

I bought 6 heads of lettuce, 3 packs of peppers (3 peppers per)4 cauliflower, celery, onions, garlic, ginger, cilantro, tomatoes, zucchini, asparagus, Brussel sprouts just to name the veggies LOL. Lots of fruit and yes stuff for the rest of my family *sigh*

So today was rough tomorrow I can start fresh 100% with full knowing that I have what I need to keep OP as much as possible for me.

Tonight I made grilled chicken ( I cook family meals 4-5 nights a week with 2-3 nights of left overs and free for alls) corn on the cob (not for me LOL) biscuts, HUGE salad with red onion, peppers, tomatoes and cucumbers w/ home made dressing

So tomorrow when I get up it will be a new day and new start I NEED to be 100% until I get to a comfortable weight....and this is hard for me to do.

So I share with everyone ( I like colossal dump trucks of the stuff)

Good luck

I had beenreading/posting in the 100% no cheat zone but if I am honest, I let myself have some things not on the IP page. I have had a couple pieces of bacon, some Parmesan crisp things in a salad, a bit of real mayo. Nothing with any carbs in it. I'm probably a little more generous on the olive oil too if I am roasting veggies. I have still lost 2 or more lbs a week so I am not going to fret about it. But I did figure I belong here more than there!

Hello all.

I got to my goal weight and then had some life events that took place unexpectedly - my father passing away. I dealt with it the way I dealt with things prior to reaching my goal weight - emotionally eating.

Now here I am trying to get back to 150. I slipped today and had a nutrigrain bar.... not the worst but not the best. I am fairly hard on myself when I slip and fall off track so seeing a thread such as this one is new to me.

Hopefully you all can help support me through my journey the second time.

I am so proud of me, yesterday I stayed at abt 98% today which is a HUGE accomplishment for me!!

Today I am shooting for 99% and 100% by Tuesday ( I am taking this in small strides, because keeping 100% is so hard for me and I do not know why )

SO I am proud of me!

Hey 90%er hope ya'll are well. Everyone must have been 100 % I had to search awhile to find our thread ! That's good I think!

Anyway I'm back. Going to try for 95%, as I have to have a little added fat in my diet (ie cheese) I can do without in on salads and such but one of my fave snacks is 1 oz of a good cheddar.

Anyway see ya'll around

I have been doing really good! This weekend (Saturday) was hard for me.....husband was in a bar-b-cue cook off....I had some brisket and some ribs! It was all protein, but it made me so hungry yesterday. I'm thinking it was the fatty meat and the sauce that was on the ribs. I wanted to eat everything in site yesterday, but overdid it on pepperoni slices....at least it was protein, but I felt horrible last night! Lesson learned! And I won't give up because not cheating everyday has got me to where I am!! Going to follow plan 100% today and get back on track today!! Hope everyone has a great day!!! And I weighed this morning, and didn't have a gain! So hopefully I didn't screw myself up for the week!!!

My biggest thing keeping me from being 100% is staying compliant with salt requirement and always remembering my supplements! And I sometimes have to guess at my protein if it gets cooked in a big piece. Is the general idea 6oz cooked? That is basically what I have been doing.

have two big events at work this week. Using the excuse "i'm not eating wheat to expalin why i am avoiding all the food offerings" That seems to be easily accepted these days and doesn't provike the "are you on a diet?" questions. If they opened their eyes I saw I am 30 pounds lighter they wouldn't really have to ask the question!

Today was a BOMB for me. I did not get to the store until after 6pm. We were all out of veggies fresh, canned and frozen. Nada-zip-zilch ZERO! So I ate what we had ( I did polish off the celery for lunch which was not much) so I ate what we had (mostly carbs) but now with a fully stocked fridge I am looking forward to tomorrow LOL.

Hi! New here. I found out this week that Kraft has shredded Parmasan cheese that has only 110 calories, 1 carb and 8% fat in a 1/4 cup, so a spoon full on my salad is awesome! Wish I had found it sooner!
