Default What is the shortest time "allowed" to maintain?

I'm wanting to stay on IP through most of November but then phase off in December. Planning to jump back on in January.

I plan to go straight from Phase 1 to Phase 3. Phase 3 is two weeks. Is it ok to then do Phase 4 for 2 weeks, then go back on Phase 1? Or should Phase 4 be for a longer period before getting back to Phase 1?

I just know I want a "break" but want to phase off properly this time!!

I can only tell you DONT JUST QUIT!

I reached goal this past may and instead of taking the time to phase off I just quit gained 36 lbs over summer. Now Im back at the beginning. My coach told me phase 2 can be done for a week not 2 but you should do it. And phase 3 should be a minimum of 2 weeks. Other then that I don't know anything about the other phases.
