I'm on IP to lose the last of my baby weight (it was holding on tight!). Before I was pregnant I was a very healthy weight and I always ate healthfully. I did go a little nuts while pregnant and I gained 80lbs.
Before starting IP, I lost 50lbs on my own by counting calories and eating a balanced diet.
So my question is- once I lose all the weight in phase 1, is it really necessary that I do the other 3 phases? I don't have a "weight problem" per se. Just baby weight. I know how to eat to maintain my weight and I did it for years.
I'm thinking I may do phase 2, but are the rest necessary?
