Today was my first weigh in and I am down 4.2! I wish it was more but I am pleased with it.

I am new on this sight and find it hard to maneuver around so please forgive my errors.

Well, those pants that fit me paid off!! I have a client whom I see every Wednesday. Today, because I was wearing clothes that fit me properly, she was like WOW! Did you lose weight? It's so nice when people notice!! I think it's time to retire my saggy bum pants!

Went outto dinner withmy mom and daughter this evening. It was nice just to have a "girls" dinner. We giggled and taked about everything under the sun. now I'm ready to kick back and check out the new season of American Horror Story. It was filmed here in New Orleans so I'm always curious to see how terribly our fine city is represented.

Today was my first day of Ideal Protein - I had my consult last week, and today was "go time!" I'm so glad I found 3FC, because I know I'm going to need support and encouragement!

No cheating today - proud of myself for that. However, I DID fantasize about all the carbs you can imagine - even foods that wouldn't tempt me before, like Raisin Bran and Nilla Wafers. I'm not necessarily hungry, but I am craving carbs. Ketosis can't come fast enough!!!!

The first few days I craved food I don't even like! It will pass, just hang on for a few days - it does get easier! And I love your avatar!

I know you've really looked forward to starting the plan.
I had a super-hungry day yesterday. I really noticed how much better today was. When you stick with it, you learn to appreciate the reprieve. It is what keeps me going.

It's not on purpose... I usually weigh in every week. My coach had her baby 5 weeks early last week, hence why last week was cancelled. Her husband is taking over with the weigh-ins now so he measured me today. They want next week off for him to be home with new baby, and I think after that it'll be back to every week WI's.
