Hey..when are your big exams??

We'll all be keeping fingers and toes crossed, and wishing on a star for ya' while you weave through it all...Then expect to hear you got a massage, a pedicure and a new outfit to celebrate!!!
They are on 10/22- so just under 2 weeks. Cannot wait for them to be over. That weekend I am heading home to my mother's in NC to see my brothers, various kids of theirs and their dogs. Looking forward to it immensely.

Hello everybody,

Congratulations on all the losses

Happy birthday Sarah.

For those of you who have pants that are getting baggy, I did take in some of my pants myself, if you know your way around a sewing machine, it is fairly easy to take in pants, just wear the pant and see how much you need to take in approximately, take the pants off then divide the number of inches to take, let's say 3 inches, that would be 1.5 inch from each side, with a light color marker, mark the pants on the wrong side, and sew, then cut the extra fabric. This is what I did with the pants I am wearing today and another pair of pants, I took it down from size 22 to 18.

I usually try not to buy expensive clothes, so I don't regret if I couldn't fix them.

But hope this will help.

Happy Birthday Sarah! I'm so glad things are turning in the right direction for your parents.

On a business trip this week, flew to CA today from DC, weird gaining 3 hours - if I'm supposed to eat every 3.5-4 hours, looks like I might get 5 meals today!!

Jumped on my scales this morning and I've gained 1 lb since Sat (WI day) That's a first for me. I did start weightlifting again, had a session on Sunday and one yesterday am so wondering if my body is adjusting. Oh well, I'm totally OP so not going to worry about it. Need to focus on staying on plan through a week of meetings and then the weekend w/DH in Napa.

Have a great hump day guys.

Happy Hump Day to all. Today was actually my Friday as I am working thois weekend. I finally feel like I am more satisfied and more determined to stick with this. My scale looks good this week but tomorrow is my official weigh in. I have been getting more creative and that has helped me. yestarday I made a pancake with the crispy cereal was great. Had mashed cauliflower last night used Broc ch Ip Packet, that was great too. Anyway congrats on all your victories I find peoples posts encouraging, love to see the pics and hear about peoples clothes falling off..can't wait...lol
