Good morning all! I started running last week and I feel great
Despite being nervous about it effecting my losses, I think it has actually helped. I am doing Couch to 5k with the goal of running a 5k in the spring. I completed the first week, and on to the second!
I started running because I felt like I was getting too comfortable on IP and needed to shake things up a bit. Not that I was ...dare I say...
cheating, just that it was sooo second nature that I didn't have to think about it, and that was uncomfortable for me. I know that's strange. Anyone else? So, I introduced something new, which is spicing things up for me all over again!
In other news, while the scale continues to go down down down, I am
patiently waiting to say that I am down 50lbs! This morning I was 49.6.
Grrrr!! It's so close, I can taste it!!! Hopefully by the end of the week, but really no rush
