Good morning!
After about a year and a half I'm restarting my ideal protein journey. I have about 100 pounds to lose with almost 30 pounds down already. Since I've been neglecting this for so long, has anything changed? New phase 1 sheets? Any new products you love?

I started this morning and am feeling positive! :carrot:

I believe the new sheets are in the stickies at the top and in the daily thread.

I love the double chocolate brownie and the rotini. Have you tried those? I heard there are chips too, but haven't had then yet.
