Can someone tell me where to look to find out how to make the "cauli rice"? I know this may be a stupid question...do you just grate cauliflower?! Thanks a bunch!

An alternative non restricted packet should be:
At least 12+ grams protein
calories between 70 and 160
8 grams or less of net carbs
30% or less calories from fat
no aspartame
(Taken directly from my wallet card I printed from a file Lamber Jules posted quite a long time ago, pretty sure she had posted it both on the alternative thread at the time {possibly two threads ago} and the quest bar thread which I believe is still the current one)

I use my salad shooter to grate cauliflower into 'rice' then either microwave it or saute in a pan depending on how I want it to taste.

I'm lazy so I use the shredder/grater blade on my food processor. I've also pulverized it with the regular blade on the food processor. Both are good. The box grater was alright until I had to clean up.

I'll generally stir fry the 'rice' which we like quite a bit. I've also toasted a small amount in a dry non-stick skillet and seasoned (well) with Real Salt and some white pepper for a Parmesan-like topping for other foods.
