It is a lot of comparing stuff... I have spent a lot if time in front of protein bars comparing the nutritional values with IP products. Don't cheap out on your protein powder though. Get a good isolate. It really is important to use high quality protein. I also sometimes will have 1 egg with three egg whites for breakfast... About the same as an omelette package and you get to eat real food.

Some days I wonder why I try... My friend calls and has a surprise for me... Taking me out to eat tomorrow ... I've googled the menu ... I am a GONER .. Creme Brûlée with Praline Bottom

Ugh! I hear you all.............I am struggling right now too! I just can't seem to stay OP. I need to get in the right mindset again. My 7 days eating off plan during a vacation was the WORST thing to do! I am going to try my hardest to have a completely OP day tomorrow. I need to get back into ketosis...then the hunger will fade. Sending strength to all! We can do this. I keep telling myself that...I can and I FRIGGEN WILL! haha!

Good luck to you all, I just completed my fourth week. I did strictly IP products for the first two weeks and have done 100% alternatives ever since.

I restarted about 2.5 weeks ago too. Lost 70 lbs March-Sept last year and regained about 30 lbs over the past year. I have a candy\chocolate problem and can't eat just a little. It was getting out of hand some back to IP.

This time I am doing alternatives. Got about 4 weeks worth of food from Nashua last week for less than $140. And several of the products have to be IP....like the RTD chocolate drink and caramel nuts bars. They taste exactly the same and come from Canada. I do still have some IP products so I am set for a while. So far I am down about 11 lbs! And feeling great.

I'm back on plan after a year off... I'm on my second week and I'm just dying! I told myself I'd do this for 6 weeks and now I'm second guessing myself- can I make it even 2?

I'm doing the Alternative Phase 1 since I still exercise, anyone else??

I am doing the plan on alternative products but not following the alternative plan. I am far too lethargic on IP at the beginning to even think about doing any extra exercise. I wow at people that can do this plan and spin classes. Wow

Survived the surprise night out without a lot of damage!! I did eat things I shouldn't have but back on track yesterday!!!

Got my shipment from Nashua yesterday!!! Syntrax Nectar Wild Grape this morning was GREAT!!! Excited to try some of the others!!!
