HA! That is too funny...sad but funny. See guys can cut one thing out of their diet and drop like 20lbs in a heart beat we cut out damn near everything and loose 1lb!

It's funny you say that - my boyfriend started having IP dinners with me. He still eats like crap for the rest of the day and has lost 20 lbs since I started in May.

Back on Phase 1: July 29 Mini Goal #2: Under 200 - achieved 8/12/13
Mini Goal #3: 50 lbs lost - achieved 10/15/13
Mini Goal #4: Weigh in the 160s - achieved 12/2/13!
Goal #5: GOAL!
Summer going into grade 11 I had a friend visiting from out of town for a couple weeks. We'd wake up late, rollerblade to Dairy Queen for ice cream. I'd eat whatever my mom cooked for dinner and would snack on reeces pieces at night. I weighed 118 lbs that summer, I haven't weighed that since, and doubt I could get there again.
The most recent one. Skinny Fiber!! It's all the rage. I didn't even last a month because I found IP soon after and found the program so much better!! With skinny fiber it was basically 4 pills a day. Really!? I don't see how I even fell for it in the first place, but when you're desperate for something...

HA! I love these. In college...there were a lot of days where I would eat Spaghetti-O-'s and a half a sandwhich. I was poor and it really was all I could afford, super busy, and running around campus like a maniac. Plus I was in love for the first time and felt like I could survive on that alone. Never gained anything weight and hovered around 125lbs for about 2 plus years.
