These are great. I'm kicking myself because there was another excellent recipe link yesterday as well - and I went and spent $30 bucks on Chef Verati's cookbook last week. Didn't need to spend that....

NSV to report this morning - casual Friday at work so I pulled on my standby jeans that I haven't worn in a couple of weeks. They slid right on - no struggling with the zipper...and a bit loose in the hips! Yay!

Congrats ladies on all the great losses this week! Here is to a great on plan weekend to keep the losses rolling!!!

Beautsmc: Hopefully she was just off, know that as long as you are keeping on plan it really doesn't matter what she says the numbers are you know the inches and the pounds are coming off. My coach will give me a copy of my stats if I ask so I can do the math myself when I get home.

I do feel like I get hungrier around TOM too. I think still being over 200 you can add a packet if needed on days where you are too tired to function. My coach told me she'd rather I eat an extra packet or half of an extra packet than pass out!!! Take care.

Thanks Crystal. If the extreme hunger and fatigue continues, I will ask my coach next week about buying a few extra packets. I suspect though that it is a combo of lack of sleep and TOM (at least I hope...because I was great for the first 2 weeks).

Actually, I wonder if it would hurt to have a couple of egg whites instead of purchasing the extra packets on the few PMS days I have until I am closer to the 100's?

Strange question - I have (for about the last week) had very dry skin. Lotion only works for a short while. My water bottle is 23.7fl oz. I drink four of those between waking and going back to bed for a total of 94 oz.

Is this due to water intake or is there another reason for the dry skin?

Any acne I had has actually dried up - but so has everything else!

eta - wait, now that I think about it - only my face acne cleared up - I have had acne on my shoulders that I have never had before - not sure why I didnt think of that.

Congratulations everyone on the losses!!

My TOM of the month is finally over and the scale has finally decided to move downwards a bit. It was so discouraging all week to not see the scale move even though I was 100% OP. I knew it was because of TOM but still, I need the motivation of seeing the scale move in the right direction! So my WI is tomorrow and I know it's going to be a small or no loss this week.
Disappointing but need to keep going and get some losses for the next 3 weeks before I face the same problem LOL.

Also, I too was hungry all week. I attribute it to the TOM as this has not happened to me before on IP. I could not make it past 10:00 a.m. without having a snack when usually my breakfast lasts me until lunch.

Have a great weekend everyone!

I know I've been a bit quiet lately (work has been CRAZY!) but DH and I did our weigh-in thing, and well, I just had to share! I've officially hit my first mini-goal of 25 lbs by my 33rd b-day! And a week early to boot!! I'm so proud of myself, and know that this is something I can stick to. It's been a real struggle the past week or so, and I've had bad moments and made bad choices, but this is definately renewing my faith in myself and the program.

I just seriously, couldn't wait to come and tell my IPeeps!

Hope everyone has an awesome Friday and an even better weekend! TGIF!

Yay! That's a great feeling isn't it?

NSV for me too this morning - it's getting a little cooler so for our casual Friday, I decided to wear boots with boot socks with skinny(-ish) jeans and a sweater and the calves on my boots have huge gaps now!!! I'm sooo amazed at what a difference there is!

Happy Friday to all!
