Are the new cereal flakes and brownies restricted?

I wish my center would get these. There is an ideal protein brownie recipe you can make .... honestly, I like the unrestricted chocolate cake recipe better. yummmmmmm

Here's the recipe:

Take a chocolate drink pack and mix with enough water to make a slightly runny pudding consistency, add a teaspoon of olive oil (although I tend to use grape seed oil), tsp of baking powder, dash of vanilla extract, one egg white, sweetener if you want, although I don't use it. Put in microwave for 2-3 minutes....I find it works better in a bowl than cup as it gets quite bubbly. Some people will put a little WF maple syrup on it.

It is really, really yummy and unrestricted.

I like mine with coconut oil and coconut extract - gives it a chocolate with coconut flavor - so good!

Jordanna - this sounds delicious! Not to mention, can I just tell you that you are brilliant??? I was checking out your blog, drooling over some of your recipes when I came across Rainbow's English muffin recipe where you used the silicone baking cup. Brilliant!!! I've been dying to try that recipe but didn't have the muffin rings...but I do have silicone baking cups! So, guess what I'm making tomorrow

I had the double chocolate brownie/cookie thing for my snack tonight. Meh. It was okay - one of the better "chocolate" flavoured IP things I've had but I'm not a big chocolate fan so it was a bit much for me. It was soft and chewy and a good size but I think I'll pass.

Tonight I made a cake using the cappuccino and SF brown sugar cinnamon syrup. It tasted like one of those coffee cakes...the ring ones with the hole in the middle. Super good

Ahhh so kind, thanks for visiting

I have mixed feelings about the brownie...I'm intrigued but feel like if I have lived without it, why tempt myself
