I'm going in for WI#5 later this afternoon... and guess who started their TOM late last night . Fingers crossed that I don't bloat too much til then. Eh, and if I do, WI#6 will just be that much better.

In other news, I made such an amazing meal for dinner last night. Pieless Chicken Pot Pie.... so good! I made 3 servings in one casserole dish so I have my supper planned out for the next 2 nights. Don't gotta worry about cooking now - just gotta worry about cleaning (sorta behind... blegh).

Yum!
I made 4 servings of chicken salad last nite.
22 oz cooked chicken
8 c veggies
WF chipotle mayo
Seasonings to taste.

Already divided into 4 containers for p3 lunch for the rest of the week

I live making batches so I don't have to cook every meal!

Good Morning Everyone! I have yet to try any of the recipes using IP packets (the furthest I've gotten from straight packets is making a smoothie with my chocolate drink mix ) so that will need to be a goal this week! I'll research some recipes. What are your favorites that are easy, and 100% P1 OP? Would also prefer to NOT use any restricted products at this point. I know it is allowed. Just my decision at this point, I'm so carb sensitive. I would probably make them on weekends or evenings since I wouldn't have the means to bake during the weekday. I'm also a little leery of using a recipe that makes more than one 'serving' at a time. If they are tasty, I'm not sure I would trust myself to not eat all the servings in one sitting! Have a great day, everyone!

I love the flatbread or breadsticks using the potato puree - so many different ways to season it and goes great with salad or as a wrap for sauteed veggies.

Hello all!

So I gave myself a thorough examination in the mirror when I got out of the shower this am (big deal since I used to run from mirrors, and sorry for putting that image into your head ) and I noticed that I seem to be "losing" from the right side of my body more than the left. Has anyone else experienced this? Maybe it was always like that, the same way one foot is bigger than the other, but I am just noticing it now. Our bodies work in strange and wonderful ways.

Good Morning all! Back from vacation and on plan again starts today. I checked my home scale this am and I didn't gain any while at the beach. That was a good thing. I feel the energy to tackle the next 20lbs. congrats to Chinook for hitting the 30 lbs mark! My mini goal is 30 by Halloween so I've got a few weeks to lose 10 more.

Going to be baking peanut butter cookies for my daughters club day tomorrow. She is the president of PuPs and the Gay, Straight Alliance at her school, so she very sweetly asked "momma you're such a good baker will you make some for my friends?" How do you say no to that?!? (Btw she's 16, so you gotta get the login when you can now!) I vow not to luck the spoon or test the first cookie!

Hope everyone has a wonderful Tuesday
