Default Phase 3 Breakfast- someone double check it!

Good morning everyone!

As some of you may know- I am off to Los Angeles on Sunday! YAY!

I am in the process of a "mini phase off" in preparation. I am on Day 5 today of phase 2, which was pretty simple. Now starting tomorrow I am doing phase 3 for 5 days. Then phase 4 while on my vacation.

I am planning some P3 breakfasts this morning. Here is one I made up on my own (with ingredients I plan on purchasing later today)- Can somebody please make sure that I am accurate on this breakfast for P3? Thanks so much! Boy, can this ever get confusing!

100% Whole Wheat PC Blue Menu English Muffin
(120 cal, 1g fat, 20g net carb, 6g protein)

PC Blue Menu Sausage Round
(120 cal, 8g fat, 3g carb, 9g protein)

Parkay Margarine (1 tsp)
(30 cal, 3.5g fat, 0 carb, 0 protein)

Skim Milk (1 cup)
(86 cal, 0.4g fat, 11.9g carb, 8.4g protein)

Apple (medium, gala)
(80 cal, 0g fat, 17g net carb, 0 protein)

Totals:

13g fat
52g net carb
23g protein
436 calories

I am thinking of eating the same thing for breakfast 5 days in a row (boring I know!) but since it is such a short amount of time, and I have to buy new groceries for it- I thought I would just eat the same thing everyday for 5 days to use up what I buy before holidays. So I want to make sure I get it right on! Thanks again!

Did you use the P3 breakfast planner worksheet to help ? (attached)
I plugged my stats into that (and into My Fitness Pal) to make sure I was on the right track.
Now I have about 4 go-to breakfasts. Since I'm a creature of habit most days that is enough.

I hope you found the Phase 3 breakfast thread, too.

I believe they want you to use butter not margarine.
