Default Trip in three weeks help!!!

We are taking our boys to Disneyland in three weeks since I started maintenance I have gained 8 lbs!! Anyone know the safest way to get this 8 lbs off before then? Should I do phase 1 or phase 2 until I go? It just slowly crept up on me and I'm afraid if I don't get it off before I go I will be in big trouble. I plan to do a reboot when I get back.

If it were me, I'd do a couple weeks of phase 1 or 2 and then 1 week of phase 3.

I think Ragdoll is right, but not having been in maintenance yet, my perspective is limited. I just wanted to commend you on nipping this in the bud instead of putting it off until after your trip. Good job.

How about 1 week of phase 1, 1 week of phase 2 and 1 week of phase 3?

Then, of course, take it easy on your trip & be careful with food choices.

I bet you'll be pleasantly suprised when you return.

Also disney is very very good about accommodating food choices. If you can plan to do a sit down meal you can stay on plan. If you are only going to do counter service it can still be done just a little more pre planning would be needed. I would be more than happy to help you out if you want to PM me, I kinda do it for a living, lol.

Maybe we will meet up in Disneyland! If you read the daily chat thread- you can see what I am doing in my 10 days before the trip- 5 days phase 2, 5 days phase 3...phase 4 while there, and back to phase 1 when back. I am really hoping this works and I don't gain much. I am ok with a pound or two....but I have come so far in 5 weeks I really hate to lose momentum. But, I also want to enjoy my trip.......the good thing is our hotel suite has a full kitchen! I am going to live off hard boiled eggs!

Thanks everyone I think I will do a week of phase 1, a week of phase 2, then a week of phase 3 I will let you know how it goes. I am planning for the best choices that I can make and also a lot of walking will probably help.
