What to do in Phase 3?
I was wondering if anyone can help me out, since I am no longer working with a coach. I have one more week on Phase 2. When I first started, my coach told me that I should be eating every 3-4 hours. So my routine has been:
6 am: Breakfast (IP meal)
10 am: EAS shake
12:30 pm: veggies
2 pm: IP meal (I split up my lunch)
6 pm: Dinner
9 pm: Snack (quest bar)
And if I work out (usually in the mormings), I drink my EAS shake and wait about 40 minutes. And then eat right afterwards (IP), but still having 5 protein meals.
So, in Phase 3, should I just have the big breakfast and eliminate the EAS shake at 10pm and then wait until lunch to eat?
