Dehydrated veggies vs. regular veggies
I am thinking about getting a dehydrator to add a different dimension to my veggie intake, and I was wondering how the measurements work out. Do I measure it BEFORE I dehydrate it, or do I measure out the 2 cups AFTER I dehydrate it? It would seem that if I did so afterwards, I would be getting far more than 2 cups, right?
