Happy Long Weekend everyone! Just thought it would be fun to share what we are all eating today. I've tried lots of alternatives lately...trying out all sorts of different Quest Bars and they have all been good!
Anyway- I will start!
B- McDonalds Black Coffee with stevia and milk allowance and protidiet plain pancake with WF syrup. Added 2 egg whites and it puffed up nicer and tasted better.
L- Protidiet Grape Drink (yum!!), romaine & purple cabbage with bolthouse farms dressing, hard boiled egg. I added the egg here just because my calorie count for dinner was soooo low without it- and I'm at work today. Don't want to get to hungry this afternoon!
D- not quite sure but I'm thinking big mac in a bowl or steak and steamed veggies
S- Quest Bar- Apple Pie yum!
IP start date - Aug 2, 2013 - 230.4lbs
IP end date- Nov 2, 2013- 206lbs (24.4lb loss)
Reboot Jan 2, 2014- 215lbs
Goal #1- below 200lbs Goal #2- lose another 24lbs (191lbs) by Feb 22nd (going to Mexico Feb 22-Mar 1)
