Darbs that is very very interesting and you must have great willpower. How much in a given year do you fluctuate? 25 pounds on average? I would love to end up with a program I could do forever the way this works for you.

EarthEcho...this is great advice and I really appreciate the insight. Highs and lows I have also realilzed are not always day by day but sometimes vary throughout the day itself. Sometimes I wake up and find myself feeling low and then by the end of the eveing I am recommitted in a way that is inspiring only to wake up in the middle of the night with a worse low than the previous morning. The great news is that we don't need a new day to "start over". Rather, we can decide to change our mindset anytime and to recognize when we just have to accept the "lows" and move forward toward the peak again.
